He married the love of his life, Lillie in Pittsfield in 1999 and they enjoyed their life together. Cancer plagued him for eight years causing him to retire four years ago. Allen enjoyed hunting, listening to music, especially the blues, NFL football, classic cars, and always keeping his home and yard neat and tidy. He was a long time member of the Winslow Lions Club and LVA Literacy Volunteers Association. His faith was his life and his brothers and sisters in the Lord enriched it tremendously. He was predeceased by his parents, and infant son Henry Soucy. He is survived by his loving wife Lillie of Waterville, a brother Marland Soucy of St Albans, and two special children, a son Christopher Soucy and his fianc Allyson Libby of Madison, a daughter Jennifer Soucy Pearson her husband Brent Pearson and his three grand children he adored, Charlotte, Shea and Nellie Pearson of Waitsfield, VT.; a special "sister", Carol and husband Mike Ouellette of Pittsfield; also many beloved nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and wonderful friends.
