Theresa B. Johnston Obituary (1938 - 2015)

Waterville: Theresa B. Johnston, 76, daughter of Francis and Irene Pomerleau passed away unexpectedly on September 30, 2015 at her home in Waterville. Born December of 1938 in Waterville, Theresa was a 1958 graduate of Lawrence High School in Fairfield, Maine. Later, Theresa enjoyed many years raising her three children, her four grandchildren and great-granddaughter. Above all Theresa AKA Terry, placed the needs of her family first. Her heart was full of love. Along with the love for her family, Terry cherished the company of her beloved friends, the beach, Elvis Presley, penny slots, Willie Nelson music and watching John Wayne movies with her Uncle John. Theresa was a very giving person often more concerned for the needs of others before her own. Theresa is survived by her brothers, Frank, Gary and Brian Pomerleau; her children, Mark Johnston and his wife Teri, Jeff Johnston and his wife Sandy and Heather Johnston and her companion Eric. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Chelsea, Adam, Brandon, Eric and her great granddaughter Ashlyn. Terry is also survived by her Aunt Bernice Tardif and her very close friends to name a few, Carol, Linda, Sheila, Cathy and Craig. Terry was predeceased by her very dear friend Lorraine Lessard. A funeral Mass and celebration of her life will be held Saturday, October 10, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. at Notre Dame Church, 116 Silver St., in Waterville, Maine.
