Robert Bernard Akers Obituary (1947 - 2007)

Waterville Robert B. Akers, 60, of Pare St. died unexpectedly Mon. Nov. 26, 2007 at his residence. He was born in Waterville, Aug. 27, 1947, the son of Jessie and Marie Steeves Akers, Sr. Survivors include four brothers, Jessie Akers, Jr. of Vassalboro, David Akers, Sr. of Waterville, Raymond Akers of Vassalboro and Roger Akers of Harrison; a sister, Susan Marden of Vassalboro and by several nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives are invited at 10 a.m. Sat. for the burial in the Village Cemetery, Paltoma Ave., Pittsfield. Arrangements are with the Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St., Waterville.
