Lawrence R. Jolicoeur Obituary (1944 - 2011)

Benton Lawrence R. Jolicoeur, 67, of Danielle Ave. died unexpectedly Wed. Jan. 12, 2011 at his residence. He was born in Waterville, Jan. 4, 1944, the son of Donald and Alida Jacques Jolicoeur. Mr. Jolicoeur was a high school graduate. He was a self employed master electrician for 35 plus years. He was a fan of the Red Sox, Patriots, and muscle cars. He was a lifting coach at Gilleys Gym for several years. He loved his grandchild. He was predeceased by his parents; a son, Scott Jolicoeur; and by a brother, Wayne Jolicoeur. He is survived by his wife Shirley Reny Jolicoeur of Benton; two sons, Alan Jolicoeur of Winslow and Tony Jolicoeur and wife Brenda of York; a step-daughter, Heather LeClair and husband Mike of Waterville; three sisters, Iva Michaud and husband Leonard of Carmel, Janice Grant of Portland, and Denise Jolicoeur of FL.; grandchildren, Maribelle, Michael and Miranda Jolicoeur, Chelsea, Brooklin, and Michael LeClair; a special aunt Marie and by several nieces and nephews. A memorial service and visiting hours will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sun. Jan. 16, 2011 at the Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St., Waterville.
